Wolford is seeking a CRM & Customer Engagement Manager to lead the CRM strategy from our Milan office. You will drive campaigns, segmentation, loyalty initiatives, and customer journey optimization to boost lifetime value.
You will collaborate with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Digital and IT teams, manage automated journeys, monitor KPIs, and ensure GDPR data integrity while supporting multi-market deployments.
