TL;DR
We’re hiring a bilingual (Italian/English), Italy-based content associate to own and grow Hallow’s Italian-language app. The role involves creating and curating original prayer content, and overseeing end‑to‑end content operations.
What You’ll Do
- Direct all Italian-language content operations and build a comprehensive content library: create thousands of hours of original prayer content for our community across the Italian‑speaking world, coordinating closely with audio production, engineering, voiceover, translation,



and external partners.
- Acquire, translate, and write prayers: research prayers and prayer traditions from around the world to ensure thoughtful representation, accurately translate prayers from English into Italian, and write original prayers in Italian. A strong background in theology and writing is essential.
- Work with Italian-speaking guest contributors: reach out to speakers, authors, theologians, and other contributors to gather guest content such as prayer sessions and Bible stories. Attend live recordings (in person or online) when required.
- Own the content operations and development cycle end‑to‑end: support all aspects of launching content in the app, including negotiating contract terms, sending payments to guest contributors, conducting quality assurance, booking recording studios, and managing placement and release.
