PEG is an international engineering and contracting company with a presence in selected strategic geographies. With over fifty years of experience in process design, engineering solutions, and project management, we handle projects for Oil & Gas, Power Generation, and Renewables, from conceptual front‐end design and feasibility studies to detailed engineering, construction, commissioning, startup, operation, and maintenance.
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Middle Cost Controller to join our AFC team. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting business performance through financial planning, project controlling, cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Responsibilities
Support the preparation and monitoring of project budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Analyze project costs, revenues, margins, and cash flow performance.
Prepare monthly management reports and variance analyses.
Monitor project progress against budgets, schedules, and contractual milestones.
Prepare business plans and periodic financial forecasts.




Ensure compliance with internal financial procedures and corporate reporting standards.
Assist during month‐end and year‐end closing activities related to project accounting.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools, and financial systems.
Support audits and provide financial documentation when required.
Qualifications and Experience
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Controlling, Project Controlling, or Management Control, preferably within EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Construction, or Industrial Engineering environments.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (Zucchetti highly desirable).
