Diesel is seeking a Head of CRM & Customer Strategy in Breganze to lead global customer strategy across channels, driving acquisition, engagement, retention and loyalty. You will translate customer insights into business actions and ensure a consistent customer journey.
This role oversees four functions: Customer Insights, Digital CRM Campaigns, Customer Engagement, and Client Service, partnering with Global and Regional teams to ensure effective execution across markets.
