Role Overview Regional Sales Manager – Italy (Milan), Full‐time, at BYD Europe.

Responsibilities Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Western European region, aligned with business objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as required.
Coach and guide the sales team to enhance skills and effectiveness.
Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealers, and strategic partners.
Collaborate with marketing and customer‐support teams to improve satisfaction and loyalty, and resolve issues promptly.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, evaluate partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand presence.
Align product offerings with market needs in collaboration with product‐development teams.
Produce accurate sales forecasts, track performance against targets, and report key metrics and trends to senior management.
Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and optimise sales processes.
Develop and manage the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and legal requirements, working with legal and compliance teams.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Proven experience in sales leadership, particularly in the truck or automotive industry.
In‐depth knowledge of Western European markets, customer behaviours, and industry trends.
Strong leadership and team‐management skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
