Overview Experteer Overview. In this role you help clients and public administrations improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, driving stronger financial performance. You join the Monitoring Public Team in Naples to support governance, planning, and the use of European structural funds. You'll tackle EU-funded programs, contribute to policy-driven projects, and engage in international studies for the European Commission. Responsibilities Organize accounting and establish internal control systems Provide technical assistance for FEAMP/ERDF/ESF+/FSC programs for central/regional administrations Design models and systems to support governance and planning of public resources (including PNRR) Lead international projects and studies for the European Commission Qualifications 7+ years of experience in public sector or national/structural funds Solid understanding of Public Administration and EU program management and control (Ad G/Ad C/Ad A) Excellent English Proficiency in MS Office; data visualization tools preferred Master in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration Benefits hybrid working training and development international mindset well-being initiatives diversity and inclusion competitive compensation (salary ranges) #J-18808-Ljbffr
