Experteer Overview As a Customer Service Sales Engineer, you support growth by converting opportunities in assigned regions and coordinating cross-functional CS projects from offer through delivery. You work closely with service and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction and healthy margins. You'll drive continuous improvement within the Customer Service department and engage with customers to deliver tailored machinery solutions. This role sits within the Coesia group, offering scope to impact both service quality and commercial results.
Retribuzione / Benefits Manage sales opportunities in the assigned geographies in collaboration with the Customer Service Area Manager and regional colleagues to maximize customer satisfaction
Coordinate internal processes (engineering/operations)



to deliver end-to-end CS projects from offer to order to delivery
Ensure project margins are maintained throughout the execution process and maintain clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Promote and develop continuous improvement initiatives within the Customer Service department
Responsabilità Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electronic or equivalent)
2–3 years in sales roles
Understanding of mechanical components and industrial machinery (preferred)
Passion and curiosity for technical topics
Customer-oriented mindset
