Experteer Overview In this role you drive property-level marketing and communications to enhance guest experience and hotel image. You'll lead on-brand messaging across traditional, digital, and social channels, partnering with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to align campaigns with selling efforts. You'll balance F&B; promotions with PR and digital activities to boost awareness, engagement, and revenue, while leveraging regional resources to create cohesive campaigns. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role with a focus on delivering measurable impact and brand consistency.
Retribuzione / Benefits Execute annual marketing plan in collaboration with GM, F&B; and operations leaders, and cluster marketing/ecommerce teams
Collaborate with Operations, F&B;, and Sales to run promotions targeting in-house guests and incremental revenue
Coordinate with advertising agencies on creative and media for F&B; promotions
Manage F&B; media scheduling and ensure timely settlements
Align offer loading and targeting with Revenue Management
Execute email marketing and display advertising




Maintain active liaison with Cluster eCommerce manager for online program alignment and performance
Ensure digital advertising aligns with brand voice
Develop and manage social media content and promotions for F&B;, events, and conferences
Oversee PR planning with agency, media contracts, and press releases for property events
Coordinate photography for F&B; ads, collateral, and PR with agencies and regional teams
Manage direct marketing collateral, signage, and inventory; collect competitor collateral monthly
Coordinate hotel communications and newsletter publication; support joint F&B; promotions
Work with eCommerce to keep hotel websites updated and aligned with revenue targets
Provide marketing leadership and training to GMs, Sales, and Revenue teams
Report on property marketing and eCommerce performance with property and regional teams
Monitor competition and evolving digital marketing trends
