Arkad Spa in Milan seeks a senior Project Engineering Manager (PEM) to oversee the entire engineering activity of assigned EPC energy projects at our Milan hub. You will lead the engineering team, ensure technical assurance, interface with international clients, manage planning, cost control, and deliverables.
Fluent English is required, and the role demands 5+ years of experience in large EPC Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy projects with a strong field engineering background.
