Bacardi Italy is seeking a Regional Sales Manager On Trade for the South Zone. You will lead a regional team of Field Managers and Business Managers, ensuring delivery of volume, margin and activation in line with national goals.
You will collaborate across Trade Marketing, KAMs and Brand Ambassadors, translate strategy into actionable regional playbooks, and foster a culture of fearless, family-centered leadership. Willingness to travel within Italy is expected.
