Arkad in Milan is looking for a Senior Proposal Manager to lead the development of winning technical and commercial bids for large energy projects. You will coordinate Engineering, Procurement and Legal teams to deliver compliant proposals in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
Based in Italy with English fluency, you will drive strategy, manage risk, and negotiate with clients and partners to ensure competitiveness on multi-year EPC tenders.
