To support the continuous growth of our Endoscopy business in Southern Europe, we are looking for a motivated Field Service Engineer , based in Italy, to join our international team. This position is primarily focused on Italy, Spain, Portugal and France , working closely with physicians, hospitals, distributors, and our regional commercial team. At the same time, it offers the opportunity to collaborate regularly with Aohua's European base in Munich and with international colleagues across Europe, contributing to product development, clinical strategy, and market growth. Job Description Support distributors in Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Portugal, France) by providing pre-sales and after-sales technical support and training. Support the demo plan, assist with the installation of demo equipment, and provide clinical support during procedures. Visit end customers and attend exhibitions to carry out product installation,
commissioning, user training, and maintenance guidance. Maintain communication with the technical team to provide feedback on technical issues and support product optimization. Implement product upgrades for distributors and end users in accordance with the company's product quality improvement plan. Implement the distributor development program, including coordinating systematic training for distributor engineers, maintaining loaner devices and spare parts inventory for distributors, and assisting in establishing distributors' after-sales service systems. Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for technical and electronic equipment. Strong understanding of repair processes and familiarity with inspection procedures. Experience in the medical equipment field. Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records. Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and training abilities. C
