Experteer Italy is seeking a CRM Specialist to manage loyalty programs across brands and drive CRM activities to boost customer retention. You will develop multi-channel communications (newsletter, SMS, push) and monitor loyalty KPIs to safeguard data quality.
In collaboration with marketing, store operations and digital teams, you will optimize CRM actions, train store teams on CRM projects and lead initiatives for Stefanel and other OVS Group brands in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
