About the role This role is responsible for leading all environmental, health, and safety and engineering operations within the site. This position ensures the site is meeting the global and local environmental,



health, and safety requirements; engineering projects are executed effectively; utilities and facilities are maintained to ensure safety, compliance, and productivity; OT/IT infrastructure and cybersecurity compliance; and maintenance of the facilities and utilities systems to ensure the site functions as desired to enable production. The individual needs to understand manufacturing, packing, and warehouse technology; industry standards for Project Management and Capital Systems management; and EHS local and corporate standards. They need to understand the business strategies and how to translate the strategies into the objectives of Engineering and EHS. They need to be able to translate the innovation and growth requirements into the Safety and Quality compliant equipment solutions that meet the business timing and cost.
