Your Role and Impact
As Assistant Store Manager you will play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in day‑to‑day operations and execution of retail standards. You will help create a high‑performing, consumer‑focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience. You will act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture.
- Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities.
- Drive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires.
- Monitor and analyze store KPIs,



identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
- Handle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environment.
- Take ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needs.
- Step in for the Store Manager when required.

What We Are Looking For In You
- Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
- Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
- Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
