Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Manager – Treasury to lead the strategy and delivery for Finance applications running on Treasury platforms (SAP ECC/S4, JAVA, SWIFT) across global offices, including Milano, Italy.
You will collaborate with business and technology partners at all levels to define priorities, manage the product roadmap, and ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence in a fast‐paced, multinational environment.
