We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our Corporate Communication team and support the delivery of internal communication initiatives and corporate events.
Reporting to the Internal Communication Manager , the successful candidate will contribute to the planning and execution of employee communications, engagement initiatives and high-visibility events across the organization.

What you'll do:
Event Management
- Coordinate the planning and delivery of corporate events, including Town Halls, leadership communications, year-end celebrations, and other employee engagement initiatives
- Manage event projects from concept through execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with agencies and suppliers, preparing briefs and coordinating all operational activities
- Oversee event logistics, invitations, registrations,



communications, and follow-up activities
- Develop tools, templates, and processes that help make events scalable and repeatable

Internal Communication
- Support the creation and distribution of communications related to business, organizational, and cultural topics
- Coordinate high-visibility projects involving senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and editorial content across internal communication channels
- Ensure projects are managed effectively, maintaining accurate documentation and project materials

Content Production
- Coordinate the production of videos and digital content with external agencies and creative partners
- Support internal speakers and ambassadors in developing communication materials
- Review, edit, and help shape communication assets to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage the organization and publication of multimedia content ac
