Overview
Abb Smart Power is seeking a Sustainability Manager for the Smart Power division in Bergamo. The role focuses on improving sustainability performance within the assigned area and supports the implementation of the group-wide sustainability strategy, offering a leadership opportunity with ongoing growth and impact on the world.
Responsibilities
Assist in reporting sustainability progress relative to group-level objectives and KPIs.
Support and drive behavioral change through local implementation of group-wide and business-specific programs.
Contribute to and execute sustainability-related projects.
Develop project objectives and report progress to management.

Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Engineering or a Scientific discipline.
Interest in sustainability practices, emissions reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodology is a plus.
Passion for sustainability and proactive mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Comfortable communicating in Italian and English.
