COS is seeking an Area Manager responsible for the commercial results, customer experience, and profitability of stores in Italy, Spain, Portugal and Greece. You will implement global and regional strategies, lead store teams, and ensure consistent brand presentation and operational excellence.
Based in Milan, you will travel extensively (up to 80%) to steer sales strategies, optimise layouts, and uphold COS standards across the region, driving sustainable growth and a people‐first culture.
