VitalCaring Group is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to provide skilled services under a licensed Physical Therapist in hospice care. You will help patients manage pain, maintain function, and improve quality of life through targeted exercises and therapeutic modalities.
You will document progress, collaborate with the care team, and participate in quality improvement activities while supporting home‐based care teams and interdisciplinary discussions.
