Investment Analyst – Italy (Real Estate) We are a leading pan-European investor, developer, and asset manager specialising in logistics and industrial real estate. With a significant portfolio of assets under management and a strong development pipeline, we operate across multiple European markets and have built a reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable real estate solutions. Responsibilities Source, evaluate, and support execution of logistics real estate acquisitions and developments Perform detailed financial analysis, underwriting, and cash flow modelling Conduct market research, comparable analysis, and site-level due diligence Build and maintain relationships with brokers, advisors,



and off-market sources Support negotiations and prepare internal investment documentation Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors Contribute to investment committee materials and approval processes Assist with portfolio monitoring, asset strategy, and valuation exercises Key Criteria Extensive real estate investment experience in Italy (7+ years) Strong analytical capability with the ability to independently assess investment opportunities Established network within the Italian real estate market (agents, brokers, investors) Highly target-driven and commercially motivated , with strong personal drive and ambition Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach Requirements Proven track record in logistics/industrial real estate investment within Italy Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills Strong relationship management and business development capabilities Fluent Italian (native or bilingual) and professional English Why Join Us xrdztoy Opportunity to be part of a leading and growing European real estate platform International, collaborative, and entrepreneurial working environment
