Experteer Overview In this role you lead risk and supervisory activities across the organization, shaping hiring, coaching, and training for supervisory teams. You drive improvements in supervision processes and oversee compliance initiatives and risk-focused programs. You support branches with reviews and audit processes, and you partner with Compliance to shape policy and communications. You serve as a point of escalation for unresolved issues and champion the use of AI to optimize workflows.
