Aon is seeking a Rewards Business Leader to establish and run our Rewards Division in Italy. The role combines Data Solutions, compensation surveys, and advisory services covering pay transparency, job architecture, and total rewards design.
As Associate Partner, you will drive strategy, growth, and the Rewards P&L; for Italy, lead a local team, and coordinate with HR and C&B; leaders. Milano office; fluent Italian and English required; travel as needed.
