AxL S.p.A. in Genova, Italy, seeks a Senior Proposal Engineer for managing technical‐commercial proposals and customer relationships. The role covers analysis of requirements, development of technical solutions, drafting offers and documentation, and coordination with R&D; and the technical office. Strong English is required.
The position is full-time and permanent under CCNL Metalmeccanico – Industria, with a focus on power electronics and conversion systems. Prior CRM experience is preferred.
