Experteer Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end execution of industrial water treatment projects for the South Europe region. You work with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, design solutions, and optimize CAPEX/OPEX from concept through commissioning. The position is home-based in North Italy with regular travel, offering exposure to international projects and OEM collaborations. You will lead installation, commissioning, and performance sign-off while supporting continuous improvement and the Solutions Provider strategy. Retribuzione / Benefits Support Engineering in early project stages to clarify scope, identify technical risks, and define optimal solutions Conduct or supervise onsite surveys, basic design, and system conception to balance CAPEX and OPEX Evaluate specifications and PO requirements, define schedules and staffing needs Prepare technical specs and procedures; support Procurement during supplier selection and PO issuance Monitor progress, review specifications,



and coordinate with internal/external Engineering/Service teams Inspect construction sites for design compliance and correct installation Lead installation, start-up, commissioning, and final performance sign-off Provide technical assistance on existing OEM contracts, including troubleshooting Manage subcontractor relationships to align with Solenis' values and standards Support continuous improvement in Operations & Maintenance contracts and Solutions Provider strategy Responsabilità Degree in Technical Engineering with proven water treatment design/implementation experience (including F&B; and chemical injection packages) 1–2 years experience in Electrical and Automation is highly desirable; mechanical engineers with 2–4 years of water treatment experience are also considered Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, electrical components, material compatibility, and chemical applications Familiarity with control and monitoring instrumentation, local and remote modes; di
