Experteer Overview As Logistics Lead Engineer you will drive the design, planning and delivery of major capital automation projects on the manufacturing site, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets. You will oversee logistics automation, integrating AS/RS, AGVs and conveyors with manufacturing processes and quality standards. You will apply Lean engineering to optimize material flow and reduce waste, and manage project budgets and cross-functional collaboration. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, safety and operations, offering scope to shape scalable logistics solutions. You will work in a fast-paced environment with a clear focus on continuous improvement and cross-team coaching.
