Overview As an MEP BIM Coordinator on site in Milan, you will drive the integration and clash‐free coordination of detailed MEP models for data centre projects. You will align multi‐discipline outputs with project specs and BIM protocols, while leading governance, workshops, and progress updates. You translate complex model data into construction‐ready information to support on‐site execution and minimise rework. This role combines technical leadership with stakeholder communication to ensure transparent digital delivery at scale. Responsibilities Lead MEP‐focused BIM coordination and clash‐free model integration. Manage BIM deliverables, governance, version control and quality checks across subcontractors.



Facilitate BIM and MEP coordination workshops with design teams, subcontractors and site team. Translate MEP model data into construction‐ready information including 4 D sequencing and federated views. Interface with client and project stakeholders, providing progress updates and data‐driven insights. Qualifications 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
