Are you ready to make a difference? We are offering a 6 month extracurricular internship for an enthusiastic new colleague to join our Customer & Growth Service Line as an Intern.
Become a catalyst for transformation and customer success. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of BearingPoint’s mission to deliver meaningful impact for our clients. You’ll support end-to-end transformation journeys, helping customers define their ambitions and purpose, shaping future‑ready operating and governance models, streamlining processes, and translating business needs into technical requirements. With customer satisfaction and success at the core of everything we do, you’ll also lead change management efforts to ensure solutions are embraced and sustained, driving real value across the organization.
Location: Milan (Missori)
What You'll Do:
- Become a trusted advisor and the go‑to person for our customers.
- Analyse and map end‑to‑end business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement areas.




- Support data collection and analyse operational KPIs.
- Identify and support the design of process optimisation initiatives (e.g. waste reduction, process standardisation, automation).
- Anticipate, evaluate, and proactively mitigate risks and issues.
- Gathering and structuring business requirements.
- Translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Collaborating with the client to define and monitor KPIs and governance processes.
- Assisting in the implementation of solutions and change management.
