Genesys is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Architect to join the Global Security COE SPC as a technical SME supporting customer assurance engagements for Genesys Cloud. This hands-on, customer‐facing role requires fluency in English and Italian.
You will present security evidence, lead security discussions (IAM, encryption, SDLC, AI security) and produce reusable documentation for audits and assessments, collaborating with Sales, Engineering and Product Security.
