Michael Page is seeking a Production Supervisor for a fast-paced FMCG environment in the north-west area of Milan. You will coordinate production activities, lead shopfloor teams and ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.
The role requires strong knowledge of production KPIs, lean manufacturing and ERP systems. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and Planning to drive continuous improvement.
Fluent English and proven leadership are essential; experience in SAP/MES is preferred.
