Drive the active development of the Italian market
Strategically expand existing customer relationships while acquiring new customers
Identify and develop market potential through new applications and technologies
Prepare quotations and manage sales projects through to successful completion
Work closely with the Service Sales team
Report directly to the Regional Manager
Technical or commercial education (technical college, University (of applied sciences) or equivalent)
Experience in technical sales , ideally within the capital equipment or industrial machinery sector




Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals
Willingness to travel extensively within your sales region
Excellent Italian language skills as well as very good German and English language skills
A structured onboarding process
A sales role with significant responsibility and freedom to shape your market
Innovative, sustainable high-tech products requiring consultative sales
Company car also for private use
Attractive compensation package with a performance-based component remuneration according to the collective agreement of the metalworking industry from level E with a clear willingness to overpay - depending on qualifications and experience
