Product Management Senior Manager – Reciprocating Compressors
Key Responsibilities
Drive external collaborations/agreements/partnerships and M&A; activities to strengthen product positioning and global network.
Drive the supply chain evolution and enhancement to maximize competitiveness.
Drive strategy deployment to accomplish the business plan and achieve financial targets.
Support the must win process to maximize commercial intensity.
Support the long‐range plan (LRP) for product strategy definition.
Collaborate closely with Marketing/Sales/ITO to monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
Develop and promote internally the offering of RCs within existing tenders to improve the overall Baker Hughes solution to customers.
Be involved in ad hoc projects.
Required Qualifications
Degree in engineering or economics.
At least ten years of experience in rotating equipment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; fluent in English and able to present at executive level.
Entrepreneurial attitude and solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills.




Previous experience with program management (documenting, planning, reporting, and executing).

For Italy
The initial pay range for this position is EUR 72,000 to 99,000. The provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
