Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the field‐support strategy in the running specialist channel.
Manage assigned customer portfolios as directed by the line manager.
Oversee sales budget and profitability for the designated territory.
Develop and maintain business and public relations with customers.
Monitor territory sales KPI and sell‐out performance.
Optimize, segment and qualitatively develop the territory.
Plan sales actions requested by the manager.
Conduct forecasting and targeting activities.
Implement and enhance the specialised Sporting Goods distribution channel.
Collaborate with customers and the credit department.
Educate and motivate retailers,

consumers and key contacts about Diadora through seminars and clinics.
Represent Diadora at national running events and expos, including setup, interaction with consumers and product trials.
Provide feedback and analysis through weekly reports to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives and sales strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Economics or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in a sports and lifestyle environment.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex business discussions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Problem‐solving oriented, positive, proactive and flexible attitude.
Excellent communication, relationship and negotiation skills.
Team‐working oriented with a strong commercial acumen and target orientation.
Motivation to develop new opportunities.
