Celebrity Cruises is seeking an experienced pastry professional to lead the pastry galley aboard its ships. You will manage the pastry team, ensure quality and presentation of pastries and desserts for daily menus, and forecast production needs while controlling leftovers to maintain food costs.
You will supervise pastry displays at buffets, ensure USPH standards, and coach Pastry Cooks. The role requires shipboard experience and strong leadership in a multicultural environment.
