Experteer Overview As a Master Data Associate in the Data Readiness team, you will manage master data activities for the Borgo San Michele plant under GMP guidelines. You will drive autonomous root‐cause analysis, support quality and compliance, and collaborate with cross‐functional partners to ensure timely, reliable data flows. This permanent role focuses on maintaining accurate master records to enable productive launches and continuous improvement. You'll be part of a mission‐driven environment that champions innovative medicine and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Execute master data management steps for recipe/pv/master data creation or changes per business and quality needs Lead root cause investigations where master data is involved Ensure pipeline steps and timely execution aligned with planning and business goals Maintain quality and compliance of master data activities Collaborate with stakeholders to improve productivity, reliability, quality,
and flexibility of master data Perform autonomous root cause analysis to identify and fix issues Escalate issues per governance and performance management Communicate with business partners (Finance, MSAT, GET, Planning, Operations, Regulatory, Next Gen) to resolve issues efficiently Share and improve processes with the Data Operation & Orchestration team to standardize flows Qualification Requirements Master's degree (engineering preferred) At least 2 years of experience in a Master Data role Strong knowledge of material master, checklist manager, SAP, Production Version, Master Batch Record Good knowledge of quality, compliance and GMP related to pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging Ability to work in a cross‐functional team and meet timing/quality expectations Ownership and accountability mindset Problem‐solving and decision‐making skills Good English knowledge (B2 or higher) Cross‐functional collaboration and effective communication Benefits Annual premio Vacation days Parental leave (12 weeks) Berea
