BMC Software is seeking a Customer Adoption Engineer to be the quarterback for post-sale customer adoption, based remotely in Italy. You will coordinate across Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Renewals to deliver value and improve adoption health.
The role requires strong executive communication, architectural understanding of Helix modules, and the ability to configure basic HelixGPT agent settings. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
