You will build innovative sourcing pipelines, manage relationships with hiring managers and universities, and promote the employer brand on social media. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in recruiting, fluent in English and Italian, and experience with SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter, plus international exposure.
