In Italy we have 42 Operational Bases, approximately 742 dedicated personnel and approximately 64 aircraft. We provide Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), Search and Rescue (SAR), Firefighting (FF) Offshore and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
For our rotary wing division delivering Helicopter Medical Service and Offshore operations, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Safety Manager to lead and continuously enhance our Safety Management System (SMS) across flight operations, continuing airworthiness (CAMO),



and maintenance (Part‐145).
This is a key leadership role with the responsibility to shape and drive a strong safety culture in a complex, mission‐driven aviation environment.
You will act as the organisation's independent authority on safety, ensuring compliance with EASA regulations and ENAC requirements, while enabling operational teams to deliver safe, efficient services.
Responsibilities Lead Safety Management Own and continuously improve the SMS across AOC, CAMO, and Part‐145
Maintain and develop the safety risk management framework
Ensure alignment across operational and technical domains
Manage Risk & Safety Performance Lead hazard identification and risk assessment processes
Maintain the risk register and monitor mitigation effectiveness
Define and track Safety Performance Indicators (SPIs)
Drive Occurrence Reporting & Investigations Oversee the occurrence reporting system in compliance with EU R
