Celebrity Cruises is seeking a CDP Pastry with strong leadership to manage the pastry galley aboard our ship. You will oversee production, quality and presentation of pastries and desserts and train the pastry team under the Executive Pastry Chef.
You will forecast production needs, monitor waste, ensure compliance with USPH rules, and maintain a clean, well‐groomed pastry department while delivering outstanding guest experiences across buffet and onboard dining venues.
