analyzes technical issues related to modification/change control, industrialization, and production of individual components and mechanical/electronic sub-assemblies, defining appropriate solutions, actively collaborating with other company departments involved (R&D;, QA, MFG, EHS, etc.) and performing the relevant validation tests. Prepares and updates technical documentation related to their area of expertise (change control and assigned projects). Oversees the design/modification of mechanical/electronic components/sub-assemblies, equipment, and tools for change orders or process improvement activities. Actively contributes to the identification and implementation of continuous improvement projects/activities.
