Experteer Overview In this Specialist Product Engineering role, you will bridge design, test, and manufacturing to bring robust semiconductor products to market. You'll work within R&D; to streamline ramp-ups, analyze device performance, and drive improvements that boost manufacturability and competitiveness. You'll collaborate across functions to resolve issues and apply data‐driven insights to optimize products. This position offers a path to contribute to green and efficient energy solutions at Infineon, with a mix of hands‐on and design‐to‐production impact. Retribuzione / Benefits Link design, test engineering, and high‐volume manufacturing to deliver reliable products to market Drive lab analysis and measurements on device embedded non‐volatile memory at wafer and package level to support ramp-ups Collaborate with production, test engineering, and design to identify and mitigate weaknesses during development and ramp‐up Improve manufacturability via yield analysis, failure pareto evaluation,



and test coverage optimization Contribute to root cause analyses for deviations in quality, performance, or cost; implement corrective actions Enhance product competitiveness via continuous optimization, process efficiency improvements, and data‐driven insights Document findings and recommendations and communicate action plans to cross‐functional stakeholders for timely execution Responsabilità Master's degree in a related field (must have) Up to 3 years of experience in an industrial automotive or semiconductor manufacturing environment (must have) Solid knowledge of semiconductor ICs and device fundamentals (must have) Basic Python skills for scripting, data analysis, and automation (must have) Experience with AI tools and methodologies for data processing or analytics (preferred) Fluent English communication (must have) Strong teamwork mindset and ability to work in an international environment (must have) Requisiti fondamentali hybrid workplace 1-year external temporary
