Experteer Overview Join Alantra's Milan M&A; team to drive execution of transactions within a lean deal framework. You'll own key steps from due diligence to closing with direct client exposure and mentorship of junior staff. This is a chance to shape deal outcomes on a growing international platform with a strong European footprint. You'll work closely with cross-functional advisors to manage risk, timing, and client expectations, delivering high-quality results at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead day-to-day execution of M&A; and/or financing transactions Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, tax, and commercial areas Manage data rooms, Q&A; processes, and interaction with advisors Draft and review transaction documents (IMs, teasers, management presentations, process letters) Oversee financial models, valuation analyses,



and transaction structuring Support negotiation phases alongside senior team members Ensure timelines are met and execution risks are proactively managed Act as a primary contact for clients during execution phases Maintain regular communication and provide strategic input throughout the process Prepare and lead client meetings and update calls Supervise and mentor Associates and Analysts Ensure high standards of analytical rigor and presentation quality Allocate tasks efficiently and manage team workload Responsabilità 6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or similar advisory roles Proven track record of leading transaction execution processes Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise Solid understanding of transaction documentation and deal structuring Experience managing junior team members Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
