working to reduce the number of complaints and negative reviews; Responsibilityfor collecting information on imported models from GWM, analyzing emerging faults, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions; Control the solution of the problems such as FCI, rust protection, returns and exchanges, public opinion on social networks, complaints, etc. Control over the results of identified defects, risk assessment, control over BC-S problems, as well as planning recall campaigns and timely response; Adaptation of new cars, prevention of re-emergence of previously identified problems; Implementationof the quality planning function of the headquarters in Italy, cooperation with other departments on issues related to quality.
