Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Data Analysis and Automated Reports Development specialist to join the MTS team. The position will be based in Rome, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Market Surveillance Manager.Starting annual gross salary - 35.600 euroYou will primarily be responsible for:Writing technical documentation for internal and external useMaintaining web front-end pages for clients and internal managementChecking and analysing market data and generating periodic reports for management, sales and customersCollaborating with development teams and product managers to implement software solutionsDeveloping new reports for market participants, issuers, universities and internal managementEnsuring data accuracy, integrity and security in all reporting activitiesYour profile:2 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence or IT roles, ideally within financial markets or market infrastructureDegree in engineering, computer science or a related fieldStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint, Access, Power BI)Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office VBA and .NET programming (Visual Studio)Familiarity with Windows Server OS, Windows 11 client OS and SQL/SQL ServerUnderstanding of web server OS, JavaScript, PHP and FTP/SFTP server managementExcellent analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTeam-oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFluent in Italian and EnglishJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, "What's next?".
