Job Title Full Stack Developer - Laravel/Vue.js (m/w/d) Location: Bozen, IT Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using PHP and Laravel, taking full ownership of the process from architecture to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement. Build and enhance intuitive and user-friendly front‐end features using Vue.js and Vuetify, collaborating closely with the Product Owner to deliver polished, accessible, and high‐performance user experiences. Design, model and optimise data storage solutions across Postgre SQL and Mongo DB, ensuring efficient schema design, indexing strategies and query performance as the platform scales. Manage and maintain AWS infrastructure (including EC2 and S3) and on‐premises environments to ensure reliability, security and consistent deployment processes across all systems. Promote clean architecture and SOLID principles throughout the codebase, contributing to code quality through peer reviews, technical discussions and the implementation of best practices. Advocate for a Test‐Driven Development (TDD)
approach by creating comprehensive unit, integration and end‐to‐end tests to ensure system stability and enable frequent, reliable releases. Identify, analyse and resolve performance bottlenecks and scalability challenges in application code and infrastructure, proactively driving continuous improvement initiatives. Participate actively in sprint planning, design workshops and retrospectives, mentoring junior developers and contributing to the evolution of engineering standards and best practices. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Solid hands‐on experience with PHP and Laravel, including Eloquent ORM, queues, service providers, and the development of clean, maintainable, and testable code.
