Medici Senza Frontiere is seeking an HR Organization and Labour Relations Officer in Italy to support organizational structures and uphold HR policies aligned with national law and MSF regulations. You will verify compliance of framework agreements, labor contracts, and related documents, and assist with workforce cost forecasts and budgeting.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, Law or related field, 2–3 years of HR labour law experience, and fluency in Italian with English at B2 level.
