Experteer Overview In this role you will support pricing and product development initiatives within the insurance business. You will liaise with internal departments to validate pricing proposals and ensure alignment with underwriting policy and governance. You will assess profitability, capital needs, and conduct stress tests for new product propositions. You will prepare business plans, sign-off documents, and participate in internal committees, including Italian partner forums. You will leverage market data to keep pricing decisions competitive and aligned with strategic objectives. Retribuzione / Benefits Liaise with internal departments to evaluate pricing proposals and current portfolios Contribute to feasibility studies for new and existing products across marketing, regulatory, and financial aspects Ensure developments comply with Underwriting Policy, Philosophy, and governance frameworks Define assumptions for premium rate calculations and profitability assessments Assess commercial premiums, profitability, capital needs,



and stress tests for new products Collect and analyse market statistics, benchmarks, and market developments Document pricing and underwriting schedules for sign-off and maintain pricing assumption tables Prepare and present Business Plans and Business Committee documents for internal validation Ensure peer reviews and compliance with internal processes and governance Attend internal committees for Italian partners Perform client portfolio analyses and prepare client reports and presentations Coordinate with Actuarial Reserving and Modelling to align views across the department Conduct experience analyses to monitor pricing assumptions and maintain adequacy Contribute to projects including tenders and reinsurance Prepare internal management presentations and communications as required Responsabilità Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability Logical, methodical, and systematic approach to work Ability to meet deadlines and wor
