About The Job The Director of Restaurants, Bars & Experiences is responsible for leading all food & beverage operations across the hotel, including restaurants, bars, in‐room dining, banqueting and culinary operations. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, this role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving commercial performance, developing high‐performing teams and ensuring operational excellence across one of Rome's most exciting luxury dining destinations.
