Etinars seeks an IT Support Engineer to join its Rome team, providing end-user and infrastructure support for Windows environments and Office 365. You will manage incidents, coordinate with vendors, and assist with asset lifecycle management in a fast-paced, international setting.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT support, strong knowledge of Windows/Office 365, and hands-on experience with Entra ID/Intune/Autopilot. English fluency is required; Italian is a plus.
