This role offers the opportunity to help organizations optimize their technology adoption and transform the way they operate through innovative solutions.
As a Strategic Consultant, you will work directly with customers to improve workflows, implement SaaS solutions, and maximize the value of automation and analytics tools.
You will play a key role throughout the implementation lifecycle, from system setup and testing to user enablement and adoption.
The position combines consulting expertise, project collaboration, technical understanding, and strong customer relationship management.
You will partner with internal teams and clients to deliver successful projects while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage customer system setup processes, ensuring smooth implementations and a high-quality customer experience.
- Support enterprise implementations by collaborating with experienced consultants and cross-functional teams.
- Partner with project management, professional services, and technical teams to deliver project milestones and customer outcomes.
- Design and execute user acceptance testing activities throughout implementation projects.
- Provide guidance on solution usage, adoption strategies, and configuration best practices.
- Train and support client users to help them successfully adopt new tools and workflows.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates regarding timelines, capacity, risks, escalations, and key initiatives.
